At Sphinx Life Solutions, we maintain a people-first mentality that begins and ends with our agents. Our team-driven culture is next level — offering mentorship, proven systems for success, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

About Us:

We are an independent Insurance Brokerage Agency (husband and wife team) looking for professionals who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what they’re worth through duplicable and proven systems.

We are looking for motivated, team oriented individuals who want more than simply another job. We are looking for people who are willing to treat this opportunity like a business, invest in their own growth, and take ownership of what they are building.

We came into this business with *zero* insurance experience. Before we started our agency, Chris had a background in Global and Medical Sales and Kristen has a background as a Registered Nurse and Elementary School Teacher. That unique experience, paired with our Agency’s unparalleled culture and guidance, technology, turn-key business model, and connections within the insurance industry ensure that our agents have the resources and support they need to achieve the results they desire.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with Clients: Assess clients’ life and health insurance needs and recommend solutions to protect their homes, families, retirement, and financial future.
  • Provide Insurance Solutions: Offer products such as Term & Whole Life insurance, Final Expense insurance, Annuities, IULs, and retirement or debt-free life strategies, while proudly representing a broad portfolio of top-tier insurance and financial products from 40+ of the highest-rated carriers in the United States.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate & Learn: Work with your team, leverage mentorship, and participate in training to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate client records, process transactions, and use digital tools for client communications and documentation.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • Comprehensive Training: Jumpstart your career with step-by-step agent guides, hands-on bootcamps, interactive virtual workshops, and national conferences — all designed to get you confident and selling.
  • Ongoing Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from experienced industry leaders who are invested in your success.
  • Continuous Support: Stay connected with regular team meetings, conference calls, and one-on-one mentoring to help you grow and achieve your goals.
  • Flexibility & Independence: Work from home, set your own schedule, and enjoy true work-life balance while making an impact.
  • Access our proven lead generation system to connect with pre-qualified clients.
  • Supportive Culture: Be part of a collaborative, family-oriented team that offers mentorship, community, and personal growth opportunities.
  • High Earning Potential: Many full-time agents earn between $60,000-$150,000+ annually, while experienced top producers may earn significantly more. Top performers earn $180K+ per year with uncapped commissions.
  • Additional Perks: Health, dental, and vision benefits available, performance-based incentives, raises every 2 months, and company-sponsored trips for top performers.

Requirements:

  • You are humble, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed
  • High Integrity Individuals: You operate with high ethical standards and utmost professionalism in and out of business environments.
  • Independently Strong Work Ethic: You understand the value of hard work and know that your results are a direct reflection of your actions.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check; no felonies or recent bankruptcies). If not licensed, we guide you step-by-step through the process.
  • Strong communication and people skills for remote client interactions
  • Comfortable with virtual presentations and technology

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...
