The Corporate Finance Manager will support FP&A, strategic finance, business operations, and finance operations by building financial models, managing planning processes, analyzing performance, evaluating investments, and providing actionable insights to leadership. Responsibilities Play a key role in managing and continuously improving HavocAI’s monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes Develop forecasts and financial models across revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, component costs, capital structure, and other business drivers Analyze actual performance against plan, identify key drivers of variance, and develop actionable recommendations Build recurring and ad hoc reporting around financial performance, operating metrics, and KPIs Support the implementation and continued development of HavocAI’s FP&A systems and processes Partner with teams across the company to provide financial guidance on commercial opportunities, strategic initiatives, investments, and company-wide spending Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making, including potential M&A and corporate development opportunities Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and recommendations for leadership Develop high-quality analyses, presentations, and financial materials for executive audiences Build a deep understanding of HavocAI’s business, programs, cost structure, and key financial drivers Partner with Accounting on quarterly close and other recurring finance processes Help improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and systems as the organization scales Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail across financial models, reporting, and executive deliverables Skills 5+ years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A, ideally including experience within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company Advanced financial modeling and business analysis skills Strong finance and accounting fundamentals Ability to analyze complex business problems, work with large amounts of information, and translate findings into actionable insights Strong data visualization and executive communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams across an organization Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new financial and operational tools quickly Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to balance thoughtful analysis with the need to move quickly and drive decisions forward Strong judgment and willingness to challenge assumptions, ask questions, and communicate recommendations effectively Experience working at a startup or high-growth company Experience implementing or administering financial planning and forecasting tools Cost accounting experience or familiarity with manufacturing-oriented financial analysis Experience with NetSuite, particularly supply chain or manufacturing-related functionality Benefits 100% Employer paid Health, Dental and Vision Insurance for you and your families Life Insurance (Employer Paid) Ability to participate in the companies 401k program (Matching) Unlimited PTO policy with an enforced 2 week minimum Equity Package Work / Home Office Stipend Global Entry 16 Week Paid Parental Leave Monthly Health and Wellness Stipend Company Overview HavocAI is an artificial intelligence company that offers maritime autonomy solutions to the defense and commercial markets.
