Position Overview:

We’re hiring a reliable full-time call scheduler to support our appointment-setting operations. All outbound calls are placed through our company-provided dialing system, so there’s no need to use a personal phone, number, or software. Calls are short, clearly structured, and fully script-based, making this an ideal role for someone who values consistency, process, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll make a high volume of outbound calls each day using our internal calling platform. You’ll follow established scripts to qualify leads and book appointments, while accurately recording call outcomes, notes, and follow-up tasks in our system. This is a full-time position requiring a dependable schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.

Who This Role Is For:

This position is well-suited for someone who is confident speaking on the phone, comfortable adhering closely to scripts, and highly organized. Strong written and spoken English skills are required, as you’ll be reading prepared scripts and documenting conversations.
