We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in headhunting and direct sourcing to support our clients' rapid scale-up initiatives. In this role, you will be an extension of our clients' teams, dedicated to identifying and recruiting top-tier talent for their most critical contract and permanent positions. Your focus will be on roles essential to digital transformation, such as data engineers, software developers, and AI/ML specialists. This is a key service offering for us, and you will be instrumental in delivering on our promises to clients seeking to accelerate their growth through AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle candidate selection for client requisitions, including requisition intake (via internal team), position description review, candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and facilitating offer acceptance.
  • Partner with internal recruiters who will provide requisition details, candidate profiles, and client feedback to guide your sourcing strategy.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment and sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines for active client roles.
  • Proactively identify and engage top-tier passive candidates through market mapping, networking, and personalized outreach.
  • Conduct thorough candidate prescreening interviews to recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates to the internal recruiting team for client submission.
  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with client budgets and market trends.
  • Provide detailed pipeline reports to the internal team regarding the status of open positions, including outreach efforts, candidate responses, and screening progress.
  • Manage candidate communication and relationship-building throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Educate candidates on the client's opportunity and project details provided by the internal team.
  • Drive outreach efforts to support diversity hiring and inclusive sourcing for client roles.
  • Leverage digital tools and creative techniques to optimize recruitment efforts and enhance candidate engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an agency, RPO, or professional services environment.
  • Proven expertise in headhunting, executive search, and direct sourcing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage passive candidates.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a keen ability to act on client requirements delivered through an internal team.
  • Demonstrated ability to act independently, exercise good judgment, and adapt to shifting priorities based on client needs.
  • A results-oriented approach to talent acquisition with a focus on filling roles quickly and effectively.

Contract Terms:

This is a contract position. We are open to structuring agreements on an hourly rate or contingency/per-placement fee basis.
