At E2, we value safety, innovation and collaboration, and we are dedicated to excellence.</p> <h2>Overview</h2> <p>The Scheduler I is responsible for creating and updating program and project schedules in Primavera P6 and subsequent versions.   </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets). </li> <li>Attend regularly and as-needed meetings with managers and stakeholders. </li> <li>Create routine and as-needed reports, such as summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones and baseline variances. </li> <li>Coordinate tasks with other schedulers. </li> <li>Analyze schedules for compression opportunities and identify developing problem areas. </li> <li>Cost and resource-load schedules. </li> <li>Communicate timely and effectively with clients and stakeholders. </li> <li>Adhere to the prescribed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), global codes, and templates. </li> <li>Publish schedules in PDF and other formats to the prescribed locations. </li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine templates. </li> <li>Integrate Primavera P6 data to other platforms, such as K2, SAP, IBM Planning Analytics. </li> <li>Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management process, procedures and systems. </li> <li>Perform QA/QC checks of project schedules and inform Project Managers about issues that need to be resolved.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>High school graduate required. </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field from accredited program or equivalent years of experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 0-2 years of direct or relevant experience with degree, 2-4 years direct or relevant experience without degree.</li> <li>Primavera version 6 (P6) - an Oracle product. </li> <li>Proficient in Office 365; SharePoint Online. </li> <li>Works under direction of Scheduler IV and project/program managers, and business unit managers or their appointees. </li> <li>Communicate effectively to a diverse audience of different levels of education and expertise verbally and in writing; able to present to a large audience; works well in one-on-one and group settings requiring good interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Responsible for projects or portfolio less than $1 million.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <p><strong>E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc.</strong> offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off.</p> <h2>Wage Data Per State Requirements</h2> <p>Salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.  The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.</p> <h2>Work Environment/Physical Demands</h2> <p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p> <p>This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
