The Program Manager, Value Execution is responsible for supporting the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of clinical operations programs. This role partners across clinical, operational, and technology teams to coordinate projects, manage operational processes, support workforce readiness, and drive successful implementation of strategic initiatives while ensuring efficient and effective program delivery. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities Supports the operational execution and ongoing management of clinical operations programs, including implementation, deployment, and process improvement initiatives Coordinates project plans, governance activities, meeting facilitation, action item tracking, communications, and reporting to support program objectives Leads operational readiness activities for new workflows, pilots, facility onboarding, and service expansions Partners with clinical, operational, analytics, and technology teams to gather requirements, prioritize work, and drive successful project execution Supports maintenance of operational workflows, process documentation, job aids, and supporting resources Manages system access and onboarding processes, including coordination of EMR access, security requests, and workforce readiness activities Identifies risks, develops mitigation plans, and escalates issues as appropriate Supports reporting and performance-monitoring activities to inform operational decision-making Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Leads or participates in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, project management, or clinical operations Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience creating process documentation, workflows, and project plans Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Proven solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting care management, care coordination, population health, or value-based care programs Experience with operational reporting, workflow optimization, or process improvement initiatives Experience supporting program implementations, pilots, or operational deployments Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, or post-acute care workflows *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
