In 2024, Tinder won four Effie Awards for its first-ever global brand campaign, "It Starts with a Swipe"™ We are looking for a Product Manager to own the development and delivery of Trust and Safety User Experience features. These features should make it easy for users to feel safe on Tinder. This role sits on our Trust & Safety team. Where you'll work This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three times per week in our San Francisco or Palo Alto offices. In this role, you will • Lead the Tinder Trust & Safety User Experience strategy and roadmap • Own the prioritization, design, and delivery of user-facing features and backend systems that will help users present their authentic selves and stay safer on the platform • Synthesize and balance security, privacy, and usability to craft seamless safety products • Collaborate with XFN stakeholders to identify and implement features that reduce prevalence of bad actors and deter behavior against our community guidelines • Gather and evaluate customer research and data analysis • Communicate product vision to senior leadership and XFN stakeholders • Partner with designers and engineers to create, test, and launch beautiful and intuitive user experiences • Build wireframes, product requirements, and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback • Implement metrics to measure the success of program features, analyze results, and use this analysis to inform further iteration What You Bring • You possess experience with Web, Android and iOS platforms and a deep knowledge of user behavior • You are passionate about creating consumer products with experience building them • You have the ability to structure problem-solving approaches and to bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems $ 160000- $175000 a year Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
