Come grow with us.</strong></p> <p></p></div><p> </p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p> <p>The Clinical Response Specialist I is responsible for assisting patients, families, and providers in navigating the admissions process with ERC Pathlight. This role will help to manage calls and correspondence on a national level by completing clinical intake screens that demonstrate sharp clinical knowledge and skills, all while providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and providers seeking care with ERC Pathlight.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond to inquiries, completing intake calls in a validating, timely, inclusive, and comforting fashion while determining clinical appropriateness to move forward in the admissions process. Demonstrate detail-oriented work through the necessary documentation, communication, and coordination to assist in the admission process to ERC Pathlight.</li> <li>Support coverage gaps for fax, email, voicemail, and web inquiry coverage to determine if patients and families are appropriate to move forward with receiving care at ERC Pathlight.</li> <li>Consult with referring providers and ERC Pathlight treatment teams regarding red flags or readmissions.</li> <li>May be required to work some evenings and/or weekends based on coverage needs a the time of hire</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in any related field. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">One year of directly related experience may be substituted for a degree.</span><strong> (REQUIRED)</strong></li> <li>1+ years patient or person facing customer service experience (<strong>REQUIRED</strong>)</li> <li>Experience working with individuals with mental illness.(<strong>REQUIRED</strong>)</li> <li>Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends <strong>(REQUIRED)</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <div><strong>Shift Details:</strong> This is a PRN role with flexible scheduling between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM MT, Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MT on Saturday and Sunday.</div> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations. </p></div><div class="title">Colorado pay range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$23</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$29 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What We Offer</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">At ERC Pathlight, caring for people is our mission and that begins with caring for our own team.
