The work

You will create image evaluation materials from photographs of real-world places, products, and media. The work combines image sourcing, web research, visual verification, copyright review, image editing, and clear evaluation writing.

  • Find high-quality photographs connected to an assigned locale, including landmarks, universities, municipal buildings, products, and domestic film or media.
  • Confirm that images are original, publicly available, copyright-free, or explicitly licensed. Record each image's license type and source history.
  • Use Google Search, Google Lens, reverse image search, and other reliable sources to identify subjects from partial visual clues.
  • Crop, mask, hide, or reduce image quality while keeping realistic secondary clues and avoiding made-up details.
  • Write time-bound prompts in English, one-sentence objective grading criteria, and solution notes covering research, evidence, and the expected result.

What it pays and takes

  • Languages: Fluent Portuguese and strong working proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with less-touristed regional landmarks, universities, municipal buildings, and domestic film or media.
  • Skills: Web research, visual subject verification, image licensing and copyright basics, provenance records, basic image editing, and clear prompt and rubric writing.
  • Tools and workflow: Comfort with shared Google Drive folders, file naming rules, and structured submissions.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome, but not required.

About AI training work

AI training work is the human side of building artificial intelligence: people prepare, review, and evaluate examples that help AI systems understand images, text, audio, and other information. This role contributes visual examples and careful evaluations that help measure how well multimodal AI handles research and image-based challenges.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
