Title: School Contracting Business Outreach & Scheduling Assistant

Role Overview:

I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and business owner looking for a reliable assistant to manage school district outreach. Your primary role is to execute high-volume, personalized email campaigns (50–100 per week) and maintain our sales tracker. You will act as the "engine" of our business development, ensuring no lead is forgotten.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach Execution: Send individual outreach emails (one at a time) via my Google Workspace account using provided templates and contact lists.

Data Management: Meticulously update our master Excel/Google Sheet tracking dates sent, follow-up status, and responses.

Inbox Organization: Monitor for replies and flag them immediately for my review; do not reply to inquiries yourself unless specifically instructed.

Scheduling: Occasionally coordinate with interested leads to book introductory calls on my calendar.

Requirements:

Native-level American English: Impeccable written communication and understanding of US professional etiquette.

Excel/Sheets Savvy: Ability to manage filters, dates, and status dropdowns with 100% accuracy.
