Ongoing Webflow Developer - Hourly work

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

We are looking for a reliable, "details-matter" Webflow Developer we can work with on an ongoing basis.

We already have a live site on Webflow, but we’re growing fast and need a go-to expert who can help us launch high-converting landing pages, run A/B tests, and keep our site’s architecture clean and scalable.

This isn’t just a "one-and-done" project. We want a partner who can jump into our workflow, understand our design standards, and act as an extension of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Figma to Webflow: Converting high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages.

- HTML Migrations: Taking existing HTML/CSS files from external sources and "Webflow-izing" them to match our current site structure.

- Optimization & Testing: Implementing small tweaks, button changes, or layout adjustments for A/B testing and SEO/AEO, CRO.

- Best Practices: Ensuring every class name, folder, and interaction follows Finsweet (Client-First) best practices. Clean classes are our love language.

- Maintenance: Occasionally troubleshooting bugs or updating CMS structures as our content needs evolve.

Technical Requirements

- Webflow Mastery: You know the Designer inside and out, including complex interactions and CMS workarounds.

- Finsweet Specialist: You are deeply familiar with Finsweet Client-First naming conventions and attributes.

- Clean Code Mentality: Even though it’s low-code, you understand HTML/CSS/JS well enough to troubleshoot and optimize for page speed.

- Responsive Pro: Your builds don't just look good on desktop; they are flawless on tablet and mobile.

- Figma Proficiency: You can navigate Figma files, export assets, and interpret design systems accurately.

Who You Are

- Responsive & Communicative: You don't disappear into a black hole. You provide updates and ask clarifying questions early.

- Easy to Work With: You take feedback well and can pivot quickly when we want to test a new idea. We will work out of a Monday.com board to make sure tasks are clearly documented and we have a place to keep track of all the tasks needed and in progress.

- Proactive: If you see a way to make a page load faster or a class structure simpler, you speak up.

How to Apply

Please send over a brief intro and include:

- Portfolio: A link to your portfolio or 2–3 recent Webflow projects (ideally built using Finsweet standards).

- Availability: Approximately how many hours per week or month can you dedicate to our project? We are looking for someone who can prioritize our ad-hoc requests as they arise.

- Your Process: What is your typical workflow for an ongoing contract like this? Specifically, how do you handle project intake (from Figma or HTML), communication/updates, and QA before handing a page over?

- Figma Experience: A quick note on your experience translating designed HTML/Figma design systems into Webflow.

- Your availability for ongoing, ad-hoc tasks (e.g., "I can usually turn around a landing page in X days").

Bonus points: Tell us your favorite Webflow shortcut or a Finsweet tool you can't live without.

Project Type: Ongoing / Hourly
