Key provides services for children on the autism reputed company directly under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA (reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst). This position is working in-home implementing ABA (reputed company behavior analysis) therapy and counselling programs established by a BCBA.

Depending on your location, most of the cases are after school hours, so you must have a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company reputed company (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
• 1-year ABA/RBT Experience

• If no reputed company ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle

• Must have your own transportation and auto reputed company in order to travel between clients
