This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to partnering closely with business leaders to attract top mortgage and corporate talent, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects a strong, well-established brand. The position focuses on building robust pipelines, advising on market trends, and ensuring compliant, efficient hiring processes that support the organization’s growth.</p><p><strong style="font-size:15px;"><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and ideal candidate profiles for each role.</li><li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive market outreach.</li><li>Recruit for a wide range of positions, including Loan Officers, Mortgage Sales Leaders, Operations, Underwriting, Processing, and Corporate roles.</li><li>Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and alignment with organizational culture and values.</li><li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current openings and anticipated future hiring needs across the organization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation, candidate records, and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>Provide market insights, including compensation trends and talent availability, to inform hiring strategies and decisions.</li><li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that positively represents the company’s brand, values, and commitment to customer service.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.</li><li>Support a culture of coaching and continuous training by sharing best practices and contributing to recruiting-related initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong style="font-size:15px;"><u>Additional Skills & Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience recruiting in the mortgage industry.</li><li>Experience recruiting Loan Officers across the United States.</li><li>Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.</li><li>Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through onboarding coordination.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and engage candidates.</li><li>Capability to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural alignment through phone and video interviews.</li><li>Knowledge of applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies as they relate to recruitment.</li><li>Organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and tracking within recruiting systems.</li><li>Skill in developing and executing sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including networking and referrals.</li></ul><p><strong style="font-size:15px;"><u>Benefits</u>:</strong></p><ul><li>Great benefits package</li><li>Work life balance</li><li>Stability and clear opportunities for growth into other areas of the dealership over time.</li></ul><p><strong style="font-size:15px;">***INTERVIEWS</strong></p><p><strong style="font-size:15px;">HAPPENING THIS WEEK***</strong></p><p></p><h2>This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.
