  • Custom Cutting: Process 50 custom steak orders per shift with 99 percent accuracy.
  • Display Maintenance: Stock display cases maintaining temperatures below 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Sanitation: Sanitize Hobart grinders using quaternary ammonium sanitizers every shift.
