<br><p><span><span><strong>Oracle Fusion Applications Manager (Remote)<br>Direct-Hire Role<br><br>Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder</strong></span></span></p><p><span><span>The Oracle Fusion Applications Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, support, enhancement, and delivery of enterprise business applications that enable efficient and effective business operations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure applications align with organizational objectives, drive measurable business outcomes, and support operational excellence.</span></span></p><p><span><span>The successful candidate will provide leadership across application support, development, integration, and service delivery functions while serving as a key advisor on enterprise application architecture, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will drive best practices, optimize application performance, and ensure solutions remain scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term technology strategies.</span></span></p><span><span>Responsibilities</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Develop a strong understanding of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through applications, services, and technology solutions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Serve as the primary technology liaison for assigned business functions and application portfolios.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Lead, mentor, and develop support and development team members through coaching, performance management, hiring, and career development activities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Oversee production support activities and daily operations for enterprise applications and related systems.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manage incidents, problems, and service requests while driving root cause analysis and long-term resolution strategies.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Implement and maintain IT service management processes and operational best practices.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Direct application support teams in delivering high-quality services that support critical business operations.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Foster a customer-focused service culture across internal teams and external service providers.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Establish and govern application support services, including service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and operational reporting.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Maintain application documentation, support Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></span></li><li><span><span>ITIL certification preferred.</span></span></li><li><span><span>8+ years of experience supporting, delivering, or managing enterprise applications.</span></span></li><li><span><span>5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience supporting enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms within complex organizational environments.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including one or more areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent Management, or related modules.</span></span></li></ul><span><span>Knowledge,
