You will be responsible for driving end-to-end retail development—ensuring that design, construction, and execution align with brand strategy, global creative direction, and financial objectives.</span></p><p></p><p>Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. </p><ul><li><p>Lead end-to-end planning and execution of simultaneous retail design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies.</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage project tools (e.g., schedules, budgets, timelines, resource forecasts) to track progress, deliverables, and workload.</p></li><li><p>Partner cross-functionally and manage internal/external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, architects, brand teams) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.</p></li><li><p>Drive cost efficiencies through value engineering, competitive bidding, and continuous improvement of processes and operational tools.</p></li><li><p>Drive design development for longer-lead projects such as flagship locations.</p></li><li><p>Lead high-level internal and external communications throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day.
