These five traits are the key to achieving our purpose:</p> <p> </p> <p>Honesty, Reliability, Curiosity, Collaboration, and Passion.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the role and what you'll be doing: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and develop a team of benefits analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development</li> <li>Oversee day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans, retirement programs, leave management, wellness initiatives, and voluntary benefits across global regions</li> <li>Lead annual benefits planning cycles, including plan design reviews, vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and open enrollment execution</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA) as well as applicable global regulatory requirements</li> <li>Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards and requirements across regions</li> <li>Develop and execute benefits communication strategies to educate employees and drive engagement throughout the employee lifecycle</li> <li>Analyze benefits data, utilization trends, and costs to provide insights and recommendations</li> <li>Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits administration, billing reconciliation, and system integration</li> <li>Serve as escalation point for complex employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner</li> <li>Monitor market trends and competitive practices to recommend program improvements and innovations that support talent attraction and retention</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.</strong> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <h1>Job Requirements & Qualifications</h1> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field</li> </ul> <ul> <li>5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration</li> <li>1–2 years of people management or team leadership experience</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements</li> <li>Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms</li> <li>Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy across high-volume, complex work</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands while maintaining delivery commitments</li> <li>Experience supporting benefits programs in Brazil, India, or other international markets</li> <li>Professional certification (CEBS, CBP, PHR, SPHR, or similar)</li> <li>Experience with global benefits or multi-country compliance</li> <li>Exposure to using AI tools or technologies to improve efficiency or enhance benefit processes</li> </ul> <h2>Why Ensono?</h2> <p>Ensono is a place to make better happen – for our clients and for your career. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
