The Mission

Sonela Beauty is where high-science meets Ayurvedic ritual. We are looking for a Makeup-Obsessed Content Creator who can turn our "Cortisol Face" makeup solution into the next viral TikTok movement. You aren't just a face; you’re a trend-hunter and a performance-driven storyteller who knows how to blend "Education" with "Entertainment."

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Mastery (15 Shoppable Videos and 5 Shoppable Posts/Month)
  • Artistry: Execute high-quality makeup looks ranging from the "No-Makeup Makeup" look to more editorial, "stress-free" glow-ups. You must be skilled at application and demonstrating product payoff.

  • Trend Execution: Identify trending audios, filters, and formats within minutes of them blowing up and translate them into the Sonela brand voice.

  • Edutainment: Create "fun" first content, think skits, POV style, "Expectation vs. Reality," and relatable stress-management humor, that subtly weaves in our adaptogenic benefits.

2. Strategy & Growth Collaboration
  • Weekly Brainstorms: Meet weekly with the social media team to brainstorm weekly concepts based on current platform data and competitor gaps.

  • Performance Reporting: Analyze what’s working. You’ll look at the "hook" rates, watch time, and shares of your videos to report back on what our audience actually wants to see.

  • Community Management: Manage the daily "vibe" in the comments. You’ll be the one sparking conversations, answering shade (with grace), and building a cult following.

3. Production & Posting
  • End-to-end ownership: Scripting, filming, lighting (must have a clean, high-end setup), and fast-paced editing.
The Must-Haves
  • Makeup Pro: You don't need a license, but you need skills. You know how to talk about "undertones," "skin-texture," and "finish" like a pro.

  • Trend-Obsessed: You spend more time on TikTok than you’d like to admit. You know a trend is coming before it hits the mainstream.

  • Analytical Mind: You aren't afraid of the "View Insights" button. You want to know why a video flopped so you can make the next one better.

  • Personality: High energy, witty, and comfortable being the "face" of a luxury brand.

Requirements
  • Based in the US or Canada .

  • A portfolio that proves you can create engaging, entertaining beauty content (not just static reviews).
  • Experience with TikTok's native features and advanced editing apps (CapCut).
