Position Details

Location: Crisp County Detention Center – Cordele, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Rotation: Alternating weekends

What You’ll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll play a vital role in patient care by:

  • Delivering hands-on nursing care in a secure clinical setting

  • Administering medications per physician orders and nursing standards

  • Performing patient assessments and emergency interventions

  • Monitoring symptoms, reactions, and treatment progress

  • Documenting care accurately and thoroughly

  • Collaborating with providers and healthcare teams
