This role combines strong coordination, operational excellence, and learner support to ensure the smooth delivery of Montu’s learning programs, from onboarding to ongoing development. The Learning Partner provides hands-on support across training logistics, learner communications, reporting, and onboarding planning, while also contributing to the design and continuous<br> improvement of learning experiences. With a strong stakeholder focus and collaborative mindset, the Learning Partner ensures every learning interaction is engaging, accessible, and aligned to Montu’s strategic goals.</p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Onboarding Planning and Coordination <ul><li>Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires across departments. </li><li>Plan, schedule, and manage onboarding learning pathways and sessions. </li><li>Ensure timely delivery of mandatory learning modules, compliance training, and orientation content. </li></ul></li><li>Team-Specific Onboarding Requirements <ul><li>Partner with department subject matter experts to customise onboarding experiences that reflect the unique needs of each team. </li><li>Maintain and update tailored onboarding checklists and role-specific training materials.</li><li>Monitor and report on onboarding completion rates and time-to-productivity metrics. </li></ul></li><li>Learner Group Coordination: <ul><li>Manage and maintain learner groups within Montu’s Learning Management System (LMS), including user enrollments, team assignments, and access permissions. </li><li>Communicate with learners to provide instructions, support, and guidance on training schedules, access, and resources. </li></ul></li><li>Administrative Support <ul><li>Schedule and coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and course launches. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and manage learning materials, ensuring accessibility and version control. </li><li>Handle logistics for virtual or in-person learning events (e.g., calendar invites, reminders, materials distribution). </li><li>Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related admin queries, where applicable. </li></ul></li><li>Team Member Support <ul><li>Provide first-line support for learner enquiries and technical issues. </li><li>Troubleshoot learner access or course issues promptly and professionally. </li><li>Support the L&D team in responding to feedback and learner engagement requests. </li></ul></li><li>Learning Design Contributions: <ul><li>Collaborate with the L&D Team to assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and documentation. </li><li>Contribute to the creation of job aids, reference guides, and e-learning content as needed. </li></ul></li><li>Reporting and Data Management: <ul><li>Track learner progress, course completion, and attendance via the LMS. </li><li>Produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting trends or compliance gaps.</li><li>Use data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.</li></ul></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul><li>Mandatory: <ul><li>Relevant qualification or training in education, communication, business, clinical, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support, training coordination, or learning-related roles </li><li>Minimum 4 years postgraduate clinical experience with current APHRA registration is essential<br> Previous experience as a Clinical Educator will be highly regarded<br> Background in Medical Cannabis or telehealth knowledge or experience will be highly regarded</li></ul></li><li>Highly desirable: <ul><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in using Google Suite and Learning Management Systems. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Stakeholder-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service. </li><li>Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. </li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive and adaptable attitude. </li></ul></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p>You’ll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
