Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Position Summary</b><br>Seeking a highly capable IT Manager – Release Management to lead the coordination and governance of enterprise technology releases across a large, highly distributed organization.</p><p>This role is responsible for ensuring that software and infrastructure releases are delivered efficiently, safely, and with full transparency across engineering, infrastructure, product, and business teams under varied delivery models.</p><p>The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, can rapidly build situational awareness, and possesses the leadership presence to coordinate across teams at every level of the organization — from executive leadership to operational and technical teams.</p><p>This role will play a critical part in strengthening the organization’s Release Management maturity, operational discipline, and enterprise <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">visibility while</span> identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, predictability, and risk transparency through automation, analytics, and process optimization.</p><p>This role is also expected to demonstrate a strong desire to continuously learn and evolve, with a focus on emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and intelligent release orchestration. The ideal candidate is curious, forward-thinking, and motivated to explore how AI-driven insights and agent-based solutions can enhance Release Management efficiency, predictability, and decision-making.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate enterprise Release Management <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">activities across</span> multiple technology teams, portfolios, and initiatives.</li><li>Establish and align structured Release Management processes with ITIL best practices while remaining adaptable to both traditional and high-velocity delivery models.</li><li>Facilitate release readiness reviews, risk and dependency assessments, and Go/No-Go decision processes.</li><li>Maintain enterprise release calendars, deployment schedules, and maintenance windows.</li><li>Ensure alignment with Change Management governance and ITIL operational disciplines.</li><li>Utilize ServiceNow ITSM to manage Change and Release records and ensure process compliance.</li><li>Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Operations teams to coordinate release planning and implementation.</li><li>Identify risks, dependencies, and potential deployment conflicts across initiatives and value streams.</li><li>Provide clear communication and reporting on release readiness, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.</li><li>Develop and maintain release templates, implementation frameworks, and operational playbooks.</li><li>Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to document and track release activities.</li><li>Support coordination between ITSM platforms and DevOps delivery tools such as GitLab and GitHub.</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate repeatable Release Management processes and reporting activities to reduce manual overhead at enterprise scale.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement within Release Management operations and processes.</li><li>Drive innovation within Release Management by identifying and exploring opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent agents to improve release coordination, risk detection, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging tools and technologies, including AI-assisted analytics and agent-based solutions, to enhance release visibility, predictability, and enterprise decision-making.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>6+ years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or IT Operations coordination.</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL Change and Release Management practices.</li><li>Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.</li><li>Experience coordinating enterprise-level releases across multiple teams or platforms.</li><li>Experience using ServiceNow ITSM for Change and Release Management.</li><li>Experience using Jira and Confluence for tracking delivery and documentation.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to mediate competing priorities.</li><li>Demonstrate growth mindset and desire to continuously learn, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools, technologies, and evolving best practices in Release Management and enterprise operations.</li><li>Experience identifying and developing automation opportunities that reduce manual coordination and enable self-service or self-managing release capabilities.</li><li>Ability to coordinate complex initiatives across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.</li><li>Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>ITIL v4 Foundation Certification</li><li>Experience managing or leading Release Management functions or programs!</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or platform initiatives!</li><li>Familiarity with SharePoint collaboration platforms</li><li>Experience coordinating releases involving DevOps pipelines or CI/CD environments.</li><li>Experience working with GitLab or GitHub repositories.</li><li>Experience improving operational processes through automation or workflow optimization.</li><li>Experience or strong interest in AI-driven operational tools, automation, or agent-based solutions, including the ability to conceptualize or contribute to AI agents that support release coordination, impact
