We partner with established insurance agencies nationwide to provide licensed, service-focused Remote Customer Service Representatives who support daily agency operations. This is a non-sales, service-only role designed for experienced insurance professionals who value structure, accountability, and long-term stability. Role Overview As a Remote CSR, you will act as an extension of an insurance agency’s internal team, handling client service requests, documentation, and workflow support. You will be expected to work independently while maintaining clear communication, consistent productivity, and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound client calls, emails, and service requests • Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and general inquiries • Document all activity accurately within the agency’s management system • Maintain daily accountability tracking including • Incoming and outgoing calls • Alerts worked (critical and standard) • Notes completed and tasks resolved • Communicate professionally with agency staff and iStaff Pros management • Follow agency workflows, procedures, and service expectations • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Accountability & Performance Expectations This role requires structure and consistency. Remote CSRs are expected to • Track daily activity and service output • Meet agreed-upon schedules and availability • Maintain accurate and timely documentation • Communicate proactively if questions, issues, or workload concerns arise • Represent the agency professionally in every client interaction This is not a call-center role, but it is a performance-based support position.
