Job Description: Join the ADT Pizza Facilities Team Supporting Pizza Hut Locations ADT Pizza is seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to support the maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and facility systems across multiple locations. We are looking for a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in troubleshooting complex issues, minimizing downtime, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong HVAC and refrigeration experience who can work independently, prioritize service calls, and maintain critical restaurant operations. What You’ll Be Responsible For Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, hoods, walk-ins, and prep equipment Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues within restaurant facilities Respond to urgent maintenance requests and equipment failures with professionalism and urgency Install, replace, and calibrate equipment components as needed Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards Maintain detailed service records, repair documentation, and parts usage logs Partner with restaurant management to proactively identify and resolve maintenance concerns What We’re Looking For 3+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration maintenance experience preferred Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant facilities strongly preferred Strong understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and preventative maintenance Ability to diagnose problems quickly and complete repairs efficiently EPA Certification preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or elevated spaces when necessary Why Technicians Choose ADT Pizza We know skilled technicians are essential to our success.
