<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Temporary Part-Time HR Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and the team member lifecycle while partnering with leaders to deliver responsive, accurate, and service-focused support.</span></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">This role supports HR systems, reporting, compliance, audits, team member relations, and process improvement initiatives.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy across systems</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Process transactions and conduct audits to support compliance</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Required Qualifications</span></h3>

<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of HR processes and team member lifecycle support</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preferred Qualifications</span></h3>

<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Healthcare experience preferred; Home Health strongly preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools</span></li>
