Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a passion for international recruitment to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role that will support our consultants in facilitating the end-to-end international hiring process for various clients. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for candidates from around the globe, from initial offer to successful integration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and an eagerness to learn the intricacies of global talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and preparing offer letters.
  • Assist with visa and immigration documentation gathering and processing, liaising with external legal counsel as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process for international hires, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and initial orientation.
  • Research and stay informed about international employment laws, immigration regulations, and HR best practices relevant to global hiring.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for international candidates, answering inquiries and providing support throughout their recruitment journey.
  • Prepare various HR-related reports and analytics to support recruitment strategy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal HR teams, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment cycle.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of basic HR principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience specifically with international recruitment or global mobility.
  • Knowledge of global immigration processes and employment laws.
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin).
