Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) – IVIG Therapy

El Paso, TX | Part-Time

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00/hour + Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule: Flexible, visits scheduled in advance
Setting: Home Health Infusion

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to administer IVIG infusions to stable outpatient patients in the El Paso area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care in a home setting.

You will work independently while supported by a clinical coordination team and specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

  • Administer IVIG and specialty infusions per provider orders

  • Perform pre-, during-, and post-infusion patient assessments

  • Monitor and manage infusion reactions

  • Start and manage IV access (peripheral, PICC, ports)

  • Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and medications

  • Complete accurate clinical documentation

  • Communicate with nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure safe care delivery

Qualifications

Required

  • Active RN license in Texas or Compact State

  • 1+ year recent IV infusion or acute care nursing experience

  • Strong IV and vascular access skills

  • Current BLS certification

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • IVIG or home infusion experience

  • CRNI® or infusion-related certification

Compensation & Benefits

  • $40–$45/hour based on experience

  • Mileage reimbursement for patient travel
