GHR Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to support a HEDIS Quality Improvement project for the upcoming HEDIS season. This is a great opportunity for nurses with strong chart review and quality improvement experience who are looking for a remote full time contract role. • MUST HAVE ACTIVE PA LICENSE + HEDIS EXPERIENCE* - Compact license not accepted For more information on this opening please call/text Anthony Sacchetti @ 484-567-9542 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position Details • Position HEDIS RN • Rate $40 • Schedule Day Shift - Monday - Friday • Duration Ongoing • Location * Fully 100% Remote; RN can be based anywhere, but MUST possess and PA RN license* Responsibilities • Conduct medical record review and abstraction to support HEDIS quality measures • Extract and document clinical data from electronic medical records (EMR) and provider charts • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HEDIS guidelines • Identify gaps in care and missing documentation • Collaborate with providers and internal teams to obtain required medical records • Maintain productivity and quality standards during the HEDIS review process Requirements • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • 1 year of HEDIS abstraction experience strongly preferred • Experience reviewing medical records and quality metrics • Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare documentation • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Previous experience with managed care, quality improvement, or chart abstraction preferred --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more information on this and our other Nursing Opportunities, please call/text Anthony at 484-567-9542.
