Job Description:

  • Own the P&L. Take full accountability for the revenue, profitability, and long-term health of the game, setting and delivering against ambitious financial targets
  • Set the long-term vision and roadmap that carries the game into its next decade, balancing the core experience players love with the new features, content, and systems that drive fresh growth
  • Set the live-ops strategy. Partner with your Live Ops Manager to set the live-ops strategy, shaping the events calendar, content cadence, and monetization approach.
  • Own the numbers deeply. Use retention, LTV, ARPDAU, cohort, and funnel analysis to surface opportunities and make sharp, data-driven prioritization calls
  • Grow and retain the player base. Understand the community that has stayed for a decade, deepen their engagement, and bring in new players
  • Lead the cross-functional team — including your Live Ops Manager, engineers, designers, QA, marketing, analytics, and community — setting clear objectives and creating the conditions for them to do their best work
  • Manage external and platform partners, including platform holders, and IP or developer partners, to maximize the game’s potential
  • Collaborate across the portfolio. Work with other Game Leads and the wider Yodo1 team to share playbooks and raise the bar on how we grow games

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in mobile game production, live-ops, or publishing, with a track record of successful titles
  • Direct experience owning or driving the growth of a live, revenue-generating game — ideally one past its initial launch phase
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • A strong business and P&L mindset, and the ability to make decisions based on sound data analysis and careful prioritization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively with colleagues across multiple countries and time zones
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and result orientation
  • Scalable thinking. Yodo1 is growing fast; those who can think big advance quickly.

Benefits:

  • WFA. Work from anywhere in the world, travel when and where you like, get paid in your currency of choice, and enjoy flexible hours and unlimited paid time off.
  • Growth. We offer an environment where you will have the trust and freedom to try, fail, learn fast, and make a real impact while accelerating your career, and where anyone with a great idea can pitch it directly to our management team.
  • Community. Work with an energetic, fast-learning, supportive, and diverse team of Yodies across six continents and 30+ countries who share and support new ideas and get things done.
