<p><span style="font-weight: bold">Functional Consultant</span><br><em>EMEA Business Delivery | Multi-Country Customers | Offshore </em><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br>Join our EMEA delivery organization as an Offshore NetSuite Functional Consultant supporting business-critical ERP programs across EMEA. You will contribute to both end-to-end NetSuite implementations (from Discovery through Hypercare) and ongoing Managed Services engagements—helping customers standardize processes, improve financial control, and enable scalable growth.</p> <p><br>You will partner closely with Project Managers and Solution Leads, engage directly with finance and operations stakeholders, and ensure local compliance requirements are addressed across different EMEA markets. English is required for global collaboration and documentation; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish) are a strong advantage depending on the customer portfolio.<br>• Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations (Discovery → Design → Build → Test → Go-Live → Hypercare).<br>• Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering NetSuite implementation projects.<br>• Deliver high-quality outcomes that meet business requirements and local regulatory expectations across EMEA markets.<br>• Languages: Professional English (required) for documentation and global collaboration; Spanish (finance/business) and other European languages are a strong advantage.<br>• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability—able to work autonomously in an offshore model with a proactive, customer-first approach.</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">Working Model</span><br>Offshore delivery model with direct customer interaction across EMEA. Minimum shared availability window: 15:00–18:00 (CET/Spain time) to ensure overlap with EMEA stakeholders.<br>What You’ll Do<br>• Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs and NetSuite configurations aligned with best practices.<br>• Support customers in Managed Services (post go-live): troubleshoot functional issues, deliver enhancements, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely resolution aligned with SLAs.<br>• Run and support functional workshops with Spanish business teams (finance and operations).<br>• Configure core modules (Financials/Operations) and end-to-end processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, banking and reconciliations).<br>• Support testing (UAT), cutover planning, Go-Live execution, and post go-live stabilization (Hypercare).<br>• Identify risks and dependencies early; keep scope under control and escalate appropriately.<br>• Build reports and insights (Saved Searches, KPIs, dashboards) and support data migration/validation (CSV).<br>• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and automation when required.<br>• Contribute to delivery governance: effort tracking, milestones, change control (CR/PCR), documentation, test evidence, and status reporting.</p> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">What You’ll Bring</span><br><br>• Strong functional expertise in NetSuite Financials and core business processes.<br>• Hands-on experience supporting UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.<br>• Understanding of roles, permissions, and segregation of duties controls.<br>• Exposure to OneWorld environments is a plus.<br>• Familiarity with integrations (iPaaS) is desirable.<br>• Experience with AP automation and OCR solutions is desirable.<br>• Strong attention to detail and quality, effective collaboration across LATAM–EMEA teams, and a structured problem-solving mindset.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Preferred (Plus)</span><br>• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Financial User) are a strong plus.<br>• Experience in one or more industries such as Services, Retail, Manufacturing, or Hospitality.<br>• Proven experience working in offshore/nearshore delivery models with direct customer engagement.<br>• Exposure to multi-country / international implementations is a plus. Local Compliance & EMEA Localizations – Nice to Have<br>• Understanding of country-specific accounting and tax contexts in EMEA (e.g., VAT, invoicing, numbering, month-end close, audit requirements).<br>• Experience partnering with local experts on compliance topics (e.g., Spain SII/AEAT, local tax reporting, localization bundles).<br><span style="font-weight: bold">Why Join Us</span><br>• Work on international NetSuite implementations with EMEA customers in a high-impact delivery team.<br>• Grow your functional consulting skills through complex ERP programs, structured governance, and mentorship.<br>• Flexible offshore model with clear overlap hours to support collaboration and work-life balance</p>
