Full-Time Warehouse Employee

Location: Milford, CT

Shift: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $750

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Employee, you'll play a critical role in keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload products from trailers and containers.
  • Move, organize, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Read labels, load sheets, and work instructions accurately.
  • Follow verbal and written directions from supervisors and team leaders.
  • Complete OSHA training and safely operate motorized equipment when certified.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Meet daily productivity and loading/unloading goals.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Ability to safely lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, loading/unloading, or material-handling experience preferred, but not required
  • Electric pallet jack experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and noise
