Full-Stack Developer (React / Supabase) – REMOTE
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract (90 Days)
Schedule: Flexible Work Hours - 40 hours/week


About the Role We’re seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to help transform a working prototype into a production-ready SaaS platform in the healthcare compliance space.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving startup at a critical stage—where your work will directly influence the product, architecture, and user experience. You’ll be building a modern application that combines document processing, AI-assisted workflows, and structured user experiences within a regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and enhance frontend functionality using React, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI component libraries
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Supabase (Postgres, authentication, storage, and serverless functions)
  • Develop end-to-end application features supporting:
    • Document processing and data ingestion
    • Data transformation and validation workflows
    • User-driven review and approval processes
  • Design and support multi-tenant architecture and role-based access controls
  • Build scalable APIs and data models to support complex application logic and workflows
  • Integrate AI-assisted capabilities to enhance data processing and user productivity
  • Collaborate closely with Product, PM/BA, and SME stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality features
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainable code

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience with:
    • React (Vite or similar modern tooling)
    • Node.js and backend development
    • Supabase, Firebase, or Postgres-based backends
  • Experience building workflow-driven, data-intensive, or SaaS applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset

Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI/LLM integrations
  • Background in healthcare, compliance, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with document ingestion, OCR, or NLP-related systems
