The team supports clients in overcoming complex challenges by leveraging modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies by ensuring solutions align with the current architecture and operating environment while accommodating future functionality and enhancements. Through this work, developers play a key role in shaping systems and solutions that endure.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fostering open communication with stakeholders including product managers, executives, and customers, proving regular updates on project status and milestones and addressing any concerns.</li> <li>Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.</li> <li>Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using technologies like C#, .NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL.</li> <li>Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements.</li> <li>Support application development and deployment within AWS and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability.</li> <li>Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications</li> <li>Experience with Java, Python, .NET, React, or other modern frontend framework</li> <li>Experience with SQL (Postgres preferred) databases, familiarity with NoSQL technologies</li> <li>Experience working in an Agile scrum team </li> <li>Ability to use back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions </li> <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</strong></li> <li><strong>Successful Candidate must travel in person to Atlanta, GA to complete onboarding process.
