Your mission As an Outbound Sales Agent , you will contact a list of prospects, follow a structured cold-calling script, qualify their interest, present the offer, handle objections, and guide them toward completing their order using a promo code. This role requires confidence, resilience, and a strong sales mindset. Performance Expectations (IMPORTANT) To ensure consistent quality, agents must maintain a strong Conversion Rate (CVR) :
  • Minimum required CVR: 3%
  • → Example: if you process 100 leads (answered or not), you must achieve at least 3 sales.
Agents must be proactive, efficient, and focused on turning opportunities into results. Required Skills
  • Experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or lead qualification (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain confidence
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and autonomous
  • Reliable availability (minimum 5 hours weekly)
