Your Main Responsibilities As a key member of our part-time online chat support team, your responsibilities will include - Managing incoming customer inquiries through live chat and email systems, providing clear and concise support to users. - Assisting users with login resets, subscription updates, discount applications, and feature guidance, using internal templates and structured workflows to deliver quick and professional support. - Escalating technical or sensitive cases to specialized teams when needed, ensuring seamless support and minimizing user frustration. - Documenting each conversation carefully with clear notes and appropriate tags, maintaining a comprehensive record of user interactions. - Maintaining a positive, friendly tone in every written interaction, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our users. Sample Shift Experience During a Sunday 3 PM–9 PM shift, you'll assist a user with resetting their password, help another locate a billing invoice, and walk a third through upgrading their membership plan.
