**Job Summary**

We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in supporting FEMA's disaster assistance efforts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking calls and accepting applications from individuals and businesses affected by natural disasters. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service and support to our clients, while also meeting the high standards of FEMA's disaster assistance program.
