About the position

We are looking for a high-energy, people-oriented professional to help elevate our team’s English language skills and support the engagement and communicative development of our employees. You will host both group and one-on-one online classes, prepare weekly lesson plans, and track learner progress through reports and assessments. You will also coordinate closely with the HR team to align lessons with our HR projects and employee development initiatives. We need someone who is independent, accountable, and proactive, with the enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to make learning engaging and impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Teach: Conduct one-on-one and group English language training sessions with employees.
  • Design: Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to the team’s needs.
  • Coach: Support employees in improving grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and accent clarity, while introducing relevant tech and CRO terminology.
  • Facilitate: Lead workshops on English Grammar, communication skills, including presentations and public speaking.
  • Assess & Evaluate: Track learner progress, provide learning assessments and evaluations as needed, adapt teaching methods, and share weekly progress reports.
  • Plan, Schedule & Collaborate: Prepare weekly lesson plans, schedule and reschedule lessons as needed, maintain reliable delivery of sessions, and collaborate with HR and department heads to address training needs.
  • Demonstrate Independence & Reliability: Take ownership of your responsibilities, work autonomously, and consistently deliver with professionalism in teaching, planning, reporting, and employee interactions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years as an ESL instructor, preferably teaching students in Eastern Europe or Asia.
  • Fluency: Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2-level or equivalent).
  • Professionalism: Independent, accountable, and consistently demonstrates professionalism.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to design engaging learning materials, provide feedback, and tailor teaching methods to different learning styles.
  • Attention to Detail & Curiosity: Keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn beyond English teaching, including navigating the CRO/tech environment.
  • Growth Mindset: Strong desire for self-development and continuous learning

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working on employee development projects or with an HR background is a plus.
  • Experience teaching presentations/public speaking and familiarity with basic web development terminology (e.g., HTML).
