Position Overview

This is a temporary, remote role that activates in direct response to catastrophe relief needs. You will work from the comfort of your home, using your own computer and headset, while collaborating with arenaflex’s seasoned supervisors and reputed company claim specialists. Shifts are scheduled weekly, giving you the freedom to select the hours that align with your personal schedule. Preferred availability is Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM CST, but the role accommodates a broader window (Sunday‑Saturday, 8 AM‑8 PM CST) to ensure coverage during peak disaster periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Compassionate Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and empathetic assistance to customers filing claims after a catastrophic event.
  • Accurate Data Capture: Record every claim detail in arenaflex’s proprietary claim management system with precision, ensuring compliance with client‑specific handling instructions.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns by following scripted guidelines while maintaining flexibility for unique situations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Navigate call‑center software, CRM platforms, and reputed company Office tools efficiently to support claim intake and follow‑up processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Share reputed company, best practices, and feedback with supervisors and peers to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to arenaflex’s quality standards, including call monitoring, documentation accuracy, and adherence to privacy regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional post‑secondary education is a plus.

  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per reputed company with high accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fundamental understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
