Position Title: Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding)<br>Work Set-up: Work From Home or Office<br>Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm PH Time<br>Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 55,000<br><br>About the Role<br><br>This role converts architectural designs into detailed shop drawings and manufacturing files for a premier Victorian construction specialist. You will work from our offshore office in Pampanga, collaborating directly with the Australian project team.<br><br>JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DRAFTSPERSON (ALUMINIUM CLADDING)<br><br>Responsibilities as a Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding):<br><br>• Convert Concepts: Turn architectural plans into accurate facade shop drawings.<br>• Generate Production Data: Convert approved shop drawings into precise manufacturing drawings.<br>• Maintain Compliance: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to the National Construction Code (NCC).<br>• Verify Standards: Cross-check dimensions, material allowances, and structural framing clearances.<br>• Collaborate Daily: Coordinate with Australian project managers to resolve design discrepancies.<br><br>Qualifications as a Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding):<br><br>• Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated experience in aluminium cladding systems.<br>• Software Mastery: Proficient in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, or Rhino.<br>• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Australian National Construction Code (NCC).<br>• Technical Skills: Proven track record in facade drafting, detailing, and geometric modeling.<br>• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for Australian client collaboration.<br>• A portfolio of previous works.
