<br><p><span> </span><strong>Position Summary </strong></p><p>The Director of Strategic Growth is responsible for driving the long-term growth strategy of Exceptional HR Solutions by developing scalable business development initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading the organization's revenue generation efforts. </p><p>This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that Exceptional HR Solutions consistently builds a healthy sales pipeline while strengthening its reputation as a trusted HR consulting partner. The Director of Strategic Growth serves as both a revenue leader and a cross-functional collaborator, working closely with Operations, Marketing, Client Services, and Executive Leadership to identify new opportunities and accelerate sustainable growth. </p><p>The Director is expected to personally lead high-value business development efforts while also building the processes, systems, and team needed to scale growth over time. </p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities </strong></p><p><strong>Revenue Growth Strategy </strong></p><p>Develop and execute the company's annual growth strategy, including: </p><p>Defining target industries and client segments </p><p>Refining the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) </p><p>Identifying new service opportunities </p><p>Evaluating geographic expansion opportunities </p><p>Developing annual growth initiatives </p><p>Monitoring market trends and competitive positioning </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Business Development </strong></p><p>Own the organization's business development strategy by: </p><p>Developing qualified sales opportunities </p><p>Leading discovery meetings </p><p>Presenting service solutions </p><p>Preparing proposals </p><p>Negotiating service agreements </p><p>Closing strategic opportunities </p><p>Maintaining executive relationships </p><p><br></p><p>Focus on high-value, consultative sales aligned with Exceptional HR Solutions' client-first approach. </p><p><strong>Sales Pipeline Management </strong></p><p>Design, monitor, and optimize the sales pipeline by: </p><p>Establishing sales stages and qualification criteria </p><p>Reviewing pipeline health </p><p>Forecasting revenue </p><p>Monitoring conversion metrics </p><p>Improving sales processes </p><p>Managing CRM data integrity </p><p>Reporting key growth metrics to leadership </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Strategic Partnerships </strong></p><p>Develop partnerships that generate referral opportunities, including: </p><p>CPA firms </p><p>Employment law firms </p><p>Benefits brokers </p><p>Payroll providers </p><p>Insurance agencies </p><p>Financial advisors </p><p>Chambers of Commerce </p><p>Industry initiatives </p><p>Coordinate webinars and events </p><p>Support social media strategy </p><p>Develop case studies and client success stories </p><p>Improve website conversion opportunities </p><p>Build brand awareness </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales Leadership </strong></p><p>Lead and coach business development resources by: </p><p>Training Business Development Coordinators (offshore SDRs) </p><p>Developing outreach strategies </p><p>Reviewing messaging </p><p>Improving prospecting effectiveness </p><p>Establishing KPIs </p><p>Providing ongoing coaching </p><p>Supporting career development </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Client Growth </strong></p><p>Partner with Client Services to increase revenue from existing clients through: </p><p>Quarterly
