<p>The Digital Marketing Manager leads the strategic development and performance oversight of integrated, full-funnel digital marketing programs aligned with client business objectives across core market sectors. This role sets digital direction, ensures cross-channel alignment, and drives measurable business outcomes—from awareness and engagement through lead generation and conversion.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline">Responsibilities</span>:</p> <p><em>Other responsibilities may be assigned.</em></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with account marketing leads to ensure integrated digital marketing strategies and recommendations are aligned with brand voice, target audience, and business goals.</li> <li>Analyze market trends, audience behavior and campaign performance to inform strategy and generate reports and updates for the account.</li> <li>Partner with digital marketing leads to deliver a cohesive, optimized customer journey across all channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, web/content marketing, and influencer marketing.</li> <li>Analyze campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics and other platforms, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, creative, content, and development peers to ensure all digital efforts are aligned and integrated.</li> <li>Anticipate and exploit emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to keep our clients at the absolute forefront of the industry.</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation by continuously testing next-generation marketing tools and translating cutting-edge trends into actionable strategies.</li> <li>Move beyond traditional playbooks to identify, test, and scale innovative digital marketing methodologies and tools.</li> <li>Assist and provide guidance on integrating AI tools into digital workflows and existing marketing software to improve efficiency and product offerings.</li> <li>Assist with creating project estimates and manage digital marketing budgets.</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members through daily feedback and other professional development opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="text-decoration: underline">Skills/Qualifications</span></span>:</p> <ul> <li>7-10 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or integrated marketing environment.</li> <li>Agriculture industry experience required</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or certifications in digital marketing, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise across multiple digital channels (web, SEO, paid media, marketing automation, analytics, social).</li> <li>Strong experience defining KPIs, interpreting performance data, and translating insights into business recommendations.</li> <li>Proven leadership experience managing and developing digital marketing professionals.</li> <li>Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence clients and senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple areas and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Advanced familiarity with AI-enabled marketing technologies, including automation platforms, predictive analytics tools, personalization engines, and content optimization systems.</li> <li>Strategic, analytical, and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience with Omnichannel & Multi-Channel Campaign Management, Customer Data Platform (CDP) & Analytics, and Journey Orchestration Software</li> </ul>
