Overview of the role The Data Entry Operator position focuses on processing and managing large volumes of information across multiple platforms. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, quality control, and efficient information processing to support business operations while performing data validation and quality checks, transferring information between different systems, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing high volumes of data entries while maintaining accuracy and speed.
  • Performing data validation and quality checks to ensure information integrity.
  • Transferring information between different systems and databases efficiently.
  • Generating reports and extracting data as requested by team members.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve data inconsistencies and improve processes.

Requirements
  • Operations Experience: 1+ year of experience in data entry operations or similar roles.
  • Accuracy Standards: High accuracy rate and excellent attention to detail.
  • System Familiarity: Familiarity with data management systems and office software.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Quality Commitment: Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
