Title: Data Entry Clerk for Global Film & TV Admin Duration: 6 Months (May have potential to go perm, but not guaranteed; Big on extensions (if possible)) Location: Franklin, TN/ Hybrid Schedule: M-W in-office, Thurs/Fri work from home | 730a/930a start time - 8hr days with a 1hr lunch - Occasional flexibility, as long as they are being communicative with the team Team Details: Team Size - has a director and his superior -- Film & TV Department ~ has about 10 people; on top of that there are 3 long term temps Team focus is on everything surrounding music que sheets; Listing all pertinent information with songs, who owns it, who wrote it, how long was it played, etc. Their job is to identify and catalog what is controlled by the client. Inputting music from film and tv shows into the system to allocate funds, getting proper registrations etc. Day-to-day responsibilities include: collecting information from and for Music Queue sheets Working very closely with coordinators and team leads - This is who will train them. Receiving queue sheets and working with the data; entry level learning about film and tv copyright They receive training on how to find and process the information. Identifying client's publishing info, identifying songs on documents that they control and putting it into the system. This person needs a background in data entry; Excel skills; Music business background is a positive, but not required Job Description: Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company's database. Ensuring all works data is entered correctly Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television. Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management. Other related duties as assigned. Hybrid work environment. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred. Strong analytical background. Excellent organizational skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task. Ability to learn quickly and work proactively. Works well in a team environment essential. Hard Skills: Excel - tested in person during second interview Lite adobe experience could be helpful, but not required Soft Skills: Driven Detail oriented Other Notes: Both interviews with HM, the second may have an additional team member Second is onsite. In second interview, they administer an excel test In Person - this is important
