What You'll be Doing Are you energized by outbound conversations and building strong customer connections? In this role, you'll leverage your call center and customer service experience to engage warm leads through structured, outbound consultations with small business customers. Partnering with a sales team, you'll help uncover business needs and support solutions that save customers time and streamline their day to day operations. Your ability to approach each conversation with curiosity, clarity, and care will help deliver thoughtful, consistent customer experiences.
