Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. An established Amazon seller operating across European marketplaces is seeking an experienced E-Commerce VA to support and expand its wholesale sourcing operation. The VA will focus on identifying profitable products, researching brands and authorized wholesalers/distributors, analyzing sourcing opportunities, conducting supplier outreach, and developing a structured pipeline of reliable suppliers and profitable ASINs. The client also has access to UAE and Saudi Arabian Amazon marketplaces, making international marketplace experience valuable. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Product & Supplier Sourcing Research profitable Amazon FBA products and ASINs Identify brands, wholesalers, distributors, and potential suppliers Research and verify supplier legitimacy Contact suppliers regarding wholesale account opportunities Assist with opening wholesale accounts and ongoing supplier follow-up Build and maintain an organized supplier pipeline Develop long-term sourcing opportunities rather than one-off leads Conduct creative and non-obvious supplier research, going beyond commonly used or easily identifiable wholesalers and distributors to uncover less obvious brands, distributors, and sourcing opportunities Develop direct relationships with brands and support the long-term development of wholesale accounts Focus on building sustainable brand partnerships and wholesale sourcing opportunities rather than relying primarily on readily available or commonly used suppliers Product Analysis Analyze products using Keepa, SellerAmp, and available sourcing tools Review sales history, pricing, competition, fees, and profitability Calculate estimated ROI and margins Present qualified opportunities clearly for client review Avoid hazmat, oversized, fragile, and difficult-to-ship products Prioritize practical, profitable products suitable for FBA Cross-check product profitability and sourcing economics using multiple data points and manually validate results when marketplace sourcing tools produce differing profitability figures Consider competitive seller stock levels and expected inventory availability when evaluating the practical selling price and viability of a sourcing opportunity Supplier Communication Conduct professional outreach to brands, distributors, and wholesalers Follow up consistently with potential suppliers Track supplier conversations and open opportunities Assist with gathering pricing, catalogs, terms, and account information Maintain organized sourcing and supplier records Manage longer-term brand relationship development and wholesale account acquisition, recognizing that establishing a new brand account may require an extended follow-up and development process Shopify & E-Commerce Channel Support Support the development and setup of a Shopify dropshipping store alongside the Amazon wholesale operation Source and evaluate products for the Shopify dropshipping channel using the client’s existing product research as a starting point Create and maintain Shopify product pages Support the development and organization of the systems and workflows required to operate the Shopify store Support the connection and integration of the Shopify store with TikTok Shop as the client’s TikTok e-commerce strategy is developed Support testing of products and market trends through dropshipping before potential development into branded or private-label products Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
