Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Recherche nach profitablen Produkten für den Weiterverkauf über Walmart mittels Online-Arbitrage und Großhandel
  • Bewertung von Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten anhand der vom Auftraggeber festgelegten Rentabilitätskriterien
  • Fokussierung auf Produkte mit einem ROI von etwa 20 % oder mehr und einem Nettogewinn von mindestens 4–5
  • Ausschluss geschützter oder eingeschränkter Produkte sowie Identifizierung potenzieller Risiken im Bereich geistigen Eigentums
  • Dokumentation geeigneter Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten zur Prüfung durch den Auftraggeber
  • Priorisierung nachhaltiger und profitabler Produkte statt einer möglichst hohen Produktmenge
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Walmart-Produktlistings
  • Unterstützung bei WFS-Versandplänen und Fulfillment-Prozessen
  • Überwachung von Lagerbeständen und Produktverfügbarkeit
  • Pflege korrekter Produkt- und Bestandsinformationen
  • Unterstützung beim Neustart und bei der Organisation des bestehenden Walmart-Geschäfts des Auftraggebers
  • Überwachung grundlegender Anforderungen im Kundenservice
  • Pflege übersichtlicher Unterlagen zu Beschaffung, Lagerbestand und operativen Abläufen
  • Nachverfolgung der Produktleistung und relevanter E-Commerce-Informationen
  • Übernahme zusätzlicher Aufgaben im Walmart-Marktplatz, wenn das Unternehmen wächst
  • Professionelle Erbringung aufgabenspezifischer Leistungen gemäß den vereinbarten Fristen, Richtlinien und Liefergegenständen

Anforderungen:

  • Berufserfahrung mit Walmart Marketplace und WFS erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in der Produktbeschaffung über Walmart erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in der Berechnung von ROI, Nettogewinn und Produktpotenzial erforderlich
  • Erfahrung mit Walmart-Listings und Bestandsverwaltung erforderlich
  • Vertrautheit mit WFS-Versand- und Fulfillment-Prozessen erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse zu geschützten beziehungsweise eingeschränkten Produkten und Risiken im Bereich geistigen Eigentums von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Amazon oder vergleichbaren Plattformen von Vorteil, ersetzt jedoch nicht die erforderliche Walmart-Erfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Tabellenkalkulation und im Management von E-Commerce-Daten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem Walmart Seller Center
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools zur Walmart-Produktbeschaffung und -recherche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel und Google Sheets
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools zur E-Commerce-Bestands- und Listing-Verwaltung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit nur geringem Betreuungsbedarf
  • Analytische und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Sorgfalt bei der Bestands- und Listing-Verwaltung
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse (bevorzugtes Akzentniveau: A–C)
  • Verfügbarkeit für 20 vertraglich vereinbarte Stunden pro Woche, Montag bis Freitag
  • Während der Einarbeitung muss sich eine vierstündige Arbeitsschicht mit den Geschäftszeiten in der pazifischen Zeitzone (PST) überschneiden
  • Tätigkeit auf Grundlage eines Master Service Agreement und einer Leistungsbeschreibung (Statement of Work) als selbstständiger Auftragnehmer
