This role will be responsible for driving adoption, implementing strong controls, and establishing scalable best practices, governance, and reporting across the organization.</p><p>This role will also play a critical part in optimizing program economics, including driving rebate maximization through policy design, spend optimization, and program management.</p><p>This is a highly cross-functional role partnering closely with Audit, Travel & Expense, Accounting, Treasury, and Associate Success, as well as American Express. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, experience administering corporate card programs, and the ability to collaborate with Audit and proactively drive control enhancements and best-in-class processes.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><p><b>Program Deployment</b></p><ul><li>Lead execution of the global American Express corporate card rollout</li><li>Coordinate onboarding, communications, and training across business units</li><li>Partner with IT and AmEx on system configuration and integrations</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Program Administration & Operations</b></p><ul><li>Own day-to-day administration of the corporate card program</li><li>Manage AmEx @ Work platform, including user access, hierarchy, and configuration</li><li>Maintain program policies, procedures, and governance documentation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Audit, Controls & Best Practices</b></p><ul><li>Partner closely with Internal Audit to design, implement, and refine program controls</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards</li><li>Monitor transactions and identify risk, non-compliance, or control gaps</li><li>Drive adoption of best practices to enhance control effectiveness and scalability</li><li>Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audit requests</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Rebate Optimization & Policy Management</b></p><ul><li>Optimize corporate card program rebate performance through policy and process design</li><li>Partner with Treasury, Accounting, and Procurement to maximize card-eligible spend</li><li>Identify opportunities to shift vendors and payment methods onto the card program where appropriate</li><li>Align T&E and purchasing policies to reinforce compliant card usage</li><li>Monitor rebate metrics and provide recommendations to improve program economics</li><li>Partner with American Express to ensure optimal program structure and incentives</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></p><p>Partner with:</p><ul><li><b>Audit</b> – controls, compliance, and testing</li><li><b>Travel & Expense</b> – policy alignment and user experience</li><li><b>Accounting</b> – reconciliation, reporting, and close support</li><li><b>Treasury</b> – program oversight and banking relationship</li><li><b>Associate Success</b> – onboarding, training, and adoption</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Reporting & Analytics</b></p><ul><li>Develop and distribute program reporting (spend, compliance, adoption, exceptions, rebates)</li><li>Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Issue Resolution & Vendor Management</b></p><ul><li>Act as primary escalation point for program-related issues</li><li>Resolve declines, system issues, and user challenges</li><li>Partner with American Express to enhance program performance</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we are looking for:</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in corporate card program administration, T&E, or operational finance</li><li>Hands-on experience with American Express corporate card programs and AmEx @ Work platform (required)</li><li>Experience working in Workday (required)</li><li>Proven ability to partner with Audit and drive control improvements and best practices</li><li>Experience operating in a global, cross-functional environment</li><li>Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li>Experience supporting a global card program rollout or transformation</li><li>Strong understanding of internal controls frameworks and audit processes</li><li>Experience with T&E and expense management systems</li><li>Experience in a multinational organization</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-REMOTE</p><p style="text-align:inherit"><span><span><span><span><span><span class="WIO0"><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">-------------------------------------------</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p>The annual base salary range for this position is $79,615.00 to $100,385.00 USD</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
