We offer residential treatment, short-term residential treatment, a private school, community-based services, integrated care services, prevention programs, respite services and therapeutic foster care.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a <strong>Contracts & Credentialing Specialist</strong>, you will be responsible for negotiations, contract development, contract management, compliance monitoring and credentialing providers and facilities. Job duties include: developing and managing assigned agreements/contracts, cost and price analyses for contracted services, and working with Finance Leadership to ensure costs are allowable, reasonable, and necessary. This position also maintains original files (electronic) and related contract databases on all assigned agreements/contracts and participates in the ongoing preparation, updating, and implementation of contracts policies. The Contracts & Credentialing Specialist also creates, manages, and updates new Payors in the electronic health record (EHR), reviews all Payor fee schedules for any rate changes, completes required documentation to get facilities and providers credentialed with the Payors and added to the existing contracts.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Pay Range: $20.05/hr - $22.05/hr </strong></p> <p><strong>Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm</strong></p> <p><strong>Remote work environment</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits and Rewards</strong></p> <p><strong>We strive to create an inclusive environment, and retain the talented employees who make our organization a great place to work.
