This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones to support collaboration with our field teams.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you’ll lead and support field case managers while overseeing complex catastrophic cases. Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred. Expertise managing catastrophic claims preferred. Prior leadership and mentoring skills required. </span></li><li><strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Skills:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"> Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers.
