If the role interests you and you would like to be considered we encourage you to apply!</span> <span> </span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><u><b>Overview</b></u><br>The <b>Business Process Lead – Procurement </b>plays a critical role in the organization's S/4HANA Transformation Program, ramping up in <b>Q3 FY2026.</b> This role serves as the business architect and key change agent for the procurement department, bridging the gap between purchasing operations and technology teams.</p><p></p><p>As a "Clean Core" evangelist, this individual will leverage deep expertise in category management, contract management, and SAP Ariba to optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle , drive automation, and ensure a strict "Fit-to-Standard" transition from legacy ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Key Responsibilities</b></u><br><b>1. Process Architecture & "Fit-to-Standard" Optimization</b><br>-<b>Touchless Procurement</b>: Design and implement future-state procurement processes that maximize touchless PO rates and eliminate manual interventions within the P2P cycle.<br>-<b>Ariba & Network Integration:</b> Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Ariba and the Supplier Business Network, optimizing supplier onboarding, collaboration, and transaction automation.<br>-<b>Process Mining:</b> Partner with the SAP Process Enablement Architect to analyze Signavio process mining findings.<br>-<b>Standardization</b>: Apply insights to ruthlessly transition the department from highly customized legacy ECC 6.0 workflows to standard S/4HANA best practices.<br>-<b>Margin & Value Protection</b>: Align category and contract management workflows with standard SAP functionalities to secure cost savings and protect operating margins.</p><p></p><p><b>2. Data & Migration Governance</b><br>-<b>Master Data Design:</b> Participate in defining the Procurement Master -Data High-Level Design using inputs from Signavio and Syniti data scans.<br>-<b>Data Integrity:</b> Lead data cleanup efforts with Legal, Controls, and IT to purge outdated vendor and contract data, ensuring high integrity for supplier master records.<br>-<b>Metrics Alignment</b>: Support data migration and validation efforts to ensure future-state data structures seamlessly track critical KPIs like DPO and supplier service levels.</p><p></p><p><b>3. Change Management & Testing Liaison</b><br>-<b>Procurement Change Agent</b>: Act as the primary organizational change management (OCM) catalyst within the procurement function, driving the adoption of next-generation ERP capabilities.<br>-<b>Training & Playbooks</b>: Partner with business leads to establish new purchasing routines, deliver hands-on S/4HANA and Ariba training, and maintain updated process playbooks.<br><b>-Validation & Testing:</b> Lead business validation during mock migrations and testing cycles anticipated in FY27–FY28.<br><b>-Leadership Alignment:</b> Synthesize complex process choices into clear, ROI-focused recommendations for governance councils and executive leadership.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Required Skills and Behaviors</b></u><br>-<b>SAP & Ariba Expertise</b>: Deep, hands-on knowledge of SAP procurement configurations, with proven expertise utilizing SAP Ariba and the Supplier Business Network.<br><b>-P2P Transformation Track Record</b>: Demonstrated success driving quantifiable process improvements in the P2P cycle, specifically optimizing automation rates, touchless PO execution, or contract compliance.<br>-<b>Fit-to-Standard Mindset: </b>A strong willingness to embrace future-state S/4HANA processes with minimal customization, protecting the "Clean Core" architecture.<br>-<b>Strategic Influence</b>: Ability to build credibility, present well-reasoned financial arguments to management, and cross-functionally articulate how procurement metrics impact manufacturing OEE and total margin.<br>-<b>Coaching & Change Leadership</b>: Proven capability to mentor, train, and guide procurement teams through large-scale technology and cultural shifts.<br> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $111,500.00 - $131,200.00 per year.
