If you're looking to work at a company with opportunities to forge your career path in legal tech, UniCourt is the right place for you.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are seeking an Associate Product Manager, Court Data and Alerts, who will serve as a critical partner to the Senior Product Manager of Court Data, helping ensure the integrity, reliability, and scalability of UniCourt’s foundational court data platform.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is highly execution-oriented and operational in nature, combining product coordination, data investigation, engineering collaboration, and legal technology research. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, organized, and excited to help build systems that improve legal data accessibility and automation.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Sales to support new court onboarding initiatives, maintain data quality standards, coordinate portal and integration efforts, and help drive the execution of UniCourt’s evolving automated intelligence engine.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Data Integrity & System Monitoring</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Investigate discrepancies, gaps, and issues involving court, case, and master data using Kibana and internal monitoring tools</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Document findings and communicate issues to Product and Engineering leadership</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor internal tracking and alert systems to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with troubleshooting broken portals, integrations, and data feeds</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Product & Engineering Coordination</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate with Engineering teams to track ETAs, issue resolution, and product deliverables</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Schedule and facilitate meetings related to new products, features, and integrations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the Senior Product Manager with execution and follow-through on operational initiatives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain product documentation, requirements, and bug tracking within Jira and Google Workspace</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Court Data Research & Onboarding</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Research court document availability, limitations, and coverage for internal stakeholders and Sales inquiries</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure new court portal opportunities are properly analyzed and prioritized within the Court Onboarding roadmap</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with outreach and follow-up communication with courts regarding data feeds and bulk extracts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate legal review and approvals related to court portals and bulk data contracts</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Client & Operational Support</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Triage requests for manual case imports from PACER and other supported courts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with tracking operational costs associated with bots, subscriptions, and court data feeds</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help maintain organized workflows and operational processes across the Court Data team</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor’s degree required; JD or legal background strongly preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1+ years of product management or product operations experience, preferably within legal technology</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with court systems, litigation workflows, or legal data platforms preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organizational and project coordination skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience using Jira, Google Workspace, Kibana, or similar operational/product tools preferred</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with changing priorities</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Base salary range and on-target earnings will be discussed openly during the first interview conversation, but we are targeting $90,000 - $120,000.
